Each session is individualized and co-created around your specific needs and goals. A variety of modalities are woven together to employ a deep listening to your whole system and follow your body's lead toward balance and restoration.

Individualized, intuitive and healing massage. Modalities include myofascial release, deep tissue, nervous system and energy work. Hot stone therapy, botanical healing oils, and sound are included in every session, unless requested otherwise. Pregnancy massage is available upon request.

Honey Face Glow-Up

Stress-relieving face treatment. Includes face and neck massage, honey pull, hot towels, aromatherapy, botanical oils and moisturizing  creams to leave your nervous system soothed and your skin softened, clear and glowing.

Gentle, hands-on therapy that helps kids unwind from stress, injury, and painful holding patterns in the body and mind. Includes cranial sacral, breathwork, sound bath, and light massage. Parents/caregivers are invited into the room for the duration of the session.

Cupping is used to increase blood flow and relieve stagnation and pain in the body.

Honey-Face Glow Up.......$30
Face treatment using honey, hot towels, aromatherapy, botanical oils and massage to promote relaxation and beautiful skin.  Adds 15 minutes to your session.

 

Sound-space (1:1 Sound Bath & Guided Inner Journey)......$40

+30 minutes of deeply relaxing one on one guided somatic meditation and sound bath.
