Integrative and therapeutic massage for the whole body. All sessions are led by structural integration techniques that address the body as a whole, and follow your body’s unique pathway into release and helpful reorganization. Myofascial release, nervous system and energy work, and intentional deep tissue modalities intertwine to create a fully individualized and relaxing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
Hot stone therapy, luxurious and all-natural botanical healing oils, and sound are included in every session, unless requested otherwise.
Optional add-ons include cupping, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, face treatment, sound bath + inner journey, or make it a pregnancy massage.

Specialty bodywork that targets specific muscles of the jaw, neck, shoulders and face that hold tension, pain and stress. Intra-oral jaw release, still-point cranial holds, myofascial release, and intentional deep tissue techniques are carefully woven together in your unique and individualized session.
Enjoy an all-natural face treatment with a honey pull to clear pores & soften skin. Includes lymphatic drainage of the face and neck. Kid’s Massage
Children benefit from massage therapy too! Gentle, hands-on therapy that helps kids unwind from stress, injury, and painful holding patterns in the body and mind. Includes cranial sacral, breathwork, sound bath, and light massage.
Parents/caregivers are invited into the room for the duration of the session.

Sound-space (1:1 Sound Bath & Guided Inner Journey)......$40
Deeply relaxing one on one guided somatic meditation and sound bath. Bathe in resonate and healing tones of crystal bowls as you flow into a customized inner journey that connects you with your own inner wisdom
